Very flashy black Arabian mare. Pedigree of old bloodlines. Babson/Egyptian/Spanish cross. Take a look below. Mira is a minimal rabicano. She has not been tested to be homozygous/heterozygous black. She has over 120 days of riding/training/showing. My sister put a lot of time into this mare as she was her senior graduation project. Mira while well on her way with training, will need obviously continued time in the saddle to be perfect. She has so much potential and so many places she could go. We do not have the funds to send this mare Class A. Walk, trot/job, lope, and two stride flying lead changes. Has touched on side passing as well, and has a very good back and whoa.
She has excellent ground manners. Leads very well. Is not in your face and all over you. She ties, bathes, clips, loads and trailers very well. She was shown Michigan Arabian Futurities in Mason, MI as a weanling, and a yearling. She was shown 4-H in 2005. She went to many pre-shows approximately 4-5. She also exibited at fair for the first day of halter. However had to be on stall rest when she stepped wrong on a hing leg. So did not show her under saddle classes. I have numerous riding photos of her under saddle and lunging. Many of her early training sessions. She does not have to ride in her training forks. She rides just as easily without. Truly needs a rider to bond with and learn to trust. She has been shown western. However would truly probably do better in huntseat if not showing endurance. She loves to go places and will ride out alone decently, but not perfect. Still unsure of herself at times. That's why she needs a bonded rider.
Never been bred. Up to date on worming, and trimming. Had all her shots last fall in August to go to fair.
Best suited for a Intermediate teen or adult rider. Smaller in stature would do best. Normal rider is 5'2" and 115lbs. Up to 5'5" and 155lbs.
