| Notes : |
This horse has a very kind eye and a bit of TB eye appeal but with heavier muscling. He is 3/4 QH and 1/4 TB. This horse enjoys anything you do with him and is so broke he accepts everything you put at him. Rides bridleless and he is as sweet as could be. He may need an adv. beginner rider to show the higher circuits but he shows with a novice 9 y.o. and they work great together. She has been riding only 7 months (only the last 3 months with this horse) at her first show and received 4th in showmanship, trail, eng. eq. and pleasure and 1st in western pleasure. He took care of her all the way. He moves laterally and is very flexible with a soft mouth. He is an awesome pattern horse and I can't wait to get him in the dressage arena because he is so soft, supple and collected, the judges are going to love him. He is dead broke but not overtrained like so many of the show horses out there now-he is not a machine and still has a personality. He also loves to jump and will excel in the hunter ring over fences and in the hack. He is relaxed and collected over fences, doesn't rush and always has his ears up and rounds out nice. He is a light "stall-only" cribber without a collar but does not attempt with collar on-and his teeth are in great shape. If you are looking for a hunter, this horse really works off his hind end and does pick up his head if that is what you are looking for, making him very versatile. If you are interested, call and come and see him, he is worth the drive if you are seriously looking for your next show horse. Parents, if you want your kids in the winners circle, this is the guy to do it-he will do all the events well through all their levels of learning and they will probably never outgrow his talent level. He is a great all-around horse and has the temperment and conformation to do it all. Ride this guy and then make a reasonable offer on him. I have pics-just email.
