For sale are 2 Mustang Geldings. I am asking $800 obo
I took these horses because they needed a home quickly and my daughter has been begging for years for a horse, but it just isn't working out.
Horse #1
Seabiscuit is about 14.1 hands, he is bay with a blaze, black mane and tail and is gelded. He has had alot of ground work over the past year, off and on. I just sent him off to be broke and he is having trouble getting past the surcingle. He works really hard for you, the trainer says he didn't give him any trouble until he tried working him with the surcingle, he just regressed each time. So we decided to go ahead and give him time, but then my daughter found a horse that would be great for her and I am just afraid I may not have enough room for all 4 horses, this is the only reason for selling him. He stands tied well, he takes a bit well, he is ok with a saddle pad or blanket. He is the herd horse though and likes to treat us like one of the heard so I think he needs someone that can show him enough love to trust people and I am sure he will make a great riding horse someday.
Horse #2
Pepsi is smaller than Biscuit, he is chesnut, black mane and tail and is gelding. He looks like an old Indian horse. Pepsi has not had any ground work, he is still wild somewhat, he does come to the fence, he is interested in what you are doing out there, he just doesn't trust people enough to let anyone touch him. Now, my daughter will sit by the fence and he will come up to her and touch her with his nose, and that is about as far as he goes. He sometimes will come eat out of a bucket that you are holding if you stand still. He has come along way since April!
Both of these horses have to be bought together and must stay together. The are ok seperated as long as they can see each other but not to live away from one another.
