This horse is super!
William has just turned 7 years old. He is a perfect 15.2 hands with long legs and a georgous neck. He is dappled black with a tail that reaches the ground. He walks, gaits, backs, turns on the forehand, neck reins and has recently begun cantering under saddle.
His sire is World Grand Champion "The Pushover", and he has 6 six more World Grand Champions on his pedigree.
William spent his early career as a young girl's show horse. He's great at the horse shows, bathes well and trailers well. He's an old hand at the show circuit.
This horse can cover miles and miles and still be willing. His gait is one of the smoothest I've ridden, and his mouth is so soft and his head carriage so natural that I often ride him in a simple snaffle bit. I've kept him barefoot or keg shod and all of his action is completely natural.
I've trained him with “natural” methods. He puts his head down to be haltered or bridled, he moves away from pressure, whether on the ground or under saddle, and he learns quickly. He is currently competent at an Intro Dressage level (according to NWHA tests).
We are leaving the country and must sell our horses. Will take best offer.
