This fillies lines are oftern seeked for by breeders because most breeders look for mares by stallions that have outstanding daughters. And no one is likely to dispute the fact that Leo has a lasting influence as a broodmare sire. Leo has been described by many authorities as "the ultimate" and "the greatest" broodmare sire in the Quarter Horse industry. Leo's legacy as a broodmare sire developed over a period of years when Leo, King and Three Bars were establishing their status as foundation sires in the modern Quarter Horse. But Leo must be considered more than just a sire of mares. He was a powerful performer with an outstanding record. He was a powerful sire that nicked with a variety of bloodlines and types of mares. He was truly a powerful influence on the Quarter Horse that must be remembered for his overall contribution. Leo is a AQHA Hall of Fame Inductee and a Performance Point Earner, '44 with an SI: 75. Doc Bar is best remembered as the horse which revolutionized the cutting horse industry. Doc Bar was a good halter horse and an excellent sire whose foal crops totally redefined the sport of cutting. Not only did his sons and daughters find success in the cutting arena, but they also found success in other performance events including working cow horse, reining and western pleasure. Doc Bar is credited with bringing a totally different look to cutting horses and for putting the sweeping motion into the cutting horses of today. Doc Bar is a AQHA Hall of Fame inductee and a Halter Point Earner of 36. SI: 75; Race: $95. Sir Quincy Dan who has 20 Halter Points. Mucho Leo is a proven Sire and has a SI: 45 She is also a grandaughter of Betty Warren (by King). Betty warren has produced some nice foals such as Leola who was the third Leo foal to win the Oklahoma Futurity during the years 1947 to 1955. She was a AAA/AQHA Champion. Her full sisters included Soonerette AAA and Idaho Betty Lee (Dam of Quincy Lee, an AQHA Champion). She is also a grandaughter of Docs’ Bar Maid who has 11 performance points. Right off her papers is Joe Reed II with an SI: 85, Lightning Bar with an SI: 95 and 18 Halter Points, Dandy Doll with an SI: 85 and 1.5 Performance points, Flicker de Bar with an SI: 75, 21 Halter Points and 3.5 Performance Points! Also right off her papers is Agua Duette with 13 Halter and 1.0 performance points, Quincy Dan with 68 halter points and Saneta with 2.0 Halter Points and an SI: 55 One of the all time great combinations was the Three Bars and Leo cross breeds. This filly is Linebred Possum, Joe Reed II, Traveler, Della Moore, Joe Reed & Joe Blair. You ought to take a look at this girls pedigree! She would make one awesome cutting horse and could easily be shown… Pics and Pedigree along with info. Is available upon request.
