Dallas is a 14.2hh bay Quarter Horse Gelding. He is 11 years old and has taken me from sixth place to my own 17 red ribbons. He is my first pony and he is shown as a LARGE!(If he were any taller he would be a horse) He does the heights and has nice form over fences. He has almost a 12 foot stride. And has nice striding. He has a CEF passport and is upto date on all shots and vaccines. His previous home was the Halifax Junior Bengal Lancers.. I have owned him for 3 years. He does his lead changes and does them nicely. He automatically picks up the proper lead when asked properly. I have done my own backyard western pleasure. He has a nice slow jog and an extremely nice lope. He has the speed for barrels. He is good on the trails. He has not flinched when dumptrucks and 18 wheelers go by! He has a little problem with SNOWPLOWS! He also has a problem with crossing water where he cannot see bottom. He can do dressage as he does it well. He leg yields nicely. And he can do poles when asked. He has beat a thoroughbred through a field!!!! And he can definitely do ENDURANCE. He has a small not a big problem with loading. He takes a couple minutes but will go on! He has no VICES whatsoever. And does not like being lunged. He is good when ridden bareback and is well built. He has a broadchest and a nice hindend which gives him power to get over those 3'6" fences! He is an awesome boy! And is willing to do what you challenge him to do! But if you buy him I have 2 RULES. If you plan on selling I am to be notified first!As I will get first choice! 2nd RULE! When riding him you must ask him 3 times and if he dies not listen then make him! He hates it when you automatically make him! He is well behaved! He gets along well with other horses and animals. And loves kids!
