Lovely, affectionate mare (not your typical chestnut! Rhumba earned her Star predicate at her NA/WPN studbook inspection, and was "Top Ten" in North America - proving her quality of movement and conformation. Her dam is Keur Preferent and also a "Top Ten" mare, having achieved this in both her free jumping and IBOP (performance under saddle). Sire is Idocus, a member of the Dutch 2004 Olympic team. Rhumba has already produced a first premium filly by Orame (Indoctro x Ramiro Z) in 2002, and has a 2004 filly, Zeta, by Metall (a son of Ferro) not yet inspected. She is easy to breed with frozen semen, and an excellent candidate for embryo transfer. Rhumba has been professionally trained under saddle, wtc, flying changes, and hacks, but has spent the past year at home, enjoying her pregnancy. She is 3/4 sibling (same sire, dam-sire) to multiple winners at DAD. Other than the NA/WPN inspection, she has not shown.
