Dunny is a beautiful well bred 8 year old registered Dun Quarter Horse Gelding. 15.1H+ and approximately 1100 lbs. He's stocky, great conformation, well muscled. Well patterned on barrels, and is slow galloping a nice, smooth, tight pattern. Not a barrel hitter. Hunts the barrels, and is ready to move up and be a 1D horse, with hauling! He also runs poles, and does great. He bends wonderfully, and flexes at the poll, and left and right. He also had previous 30 days professional team roping training in Summer 03'. He was doing wonderful, but we never worked with him on it since then, because of his reputation as a barrel horse. He's been team penned on, and does great. Dunny has much potential to be a heeling, breakaway, heading & barrel horse. He just needs to be hauled a lot with an experienced rider. Anyone can ride him at home, and in a arena that is not around barrels. Inexperienced kids ages 4 and up have rode him, as well as inexperienced adults too! He also has jumped before, but not alot. Been on a few trail rides, as well as beach rides (I recommend a experienced rider on trails). There is so much to say about this gelding! He is VERY well bred. They include Doc O' Lena, Doc Bar, Poco Bueno, Moon Deck, Pretty Buck, Hired Hand, Three Bars (TB), Billy Shoemaker, and many more!! He's one heck of a horse, don't miss out on him! The more he gets trained and hauled, the more his price will go up!! (I've tooken him to one NBHA show, and won 1st in 4D!!). ONLY $6,500!! What a deal!!
