Shamn is Approx. 16 months old. He is an excellent horse to work with and it is easy to gain his trust. Shaman is best suited for Jumping, hunter over fences, pleasure driving, barrel racing, pole bending and can even enter in open halter classes. He is a very handsome boy and once he is cleaned up, worked with a little more he WILL be drop dead gorgeous and no-doubt would win in the show ring!
Shaman is Still a little wild, but is already being petted, rubbed all over with a pole and introduced to brushes and he enjoys every minute of it. He is not afraid of loud noises; gunshots, trucks, he's not afraid of tractors or farm machinery. He is halter broke and is being introduced to leading and tyind. He can be ridden beside and doesn't worry about seing someone above him.
He isan extremely calm horse and a one in a million mustang,a horse like this is hard to beat considering the processes he has been through. No special fencing is required unless he is inclined to go over it out of fear (poor handling on the trainers behalf) he free lunges in a round pen without a whip, listens easily to voice cues (cluck or kiss) very level headed, and is an extremely smart horse, not crazy and not vicous. he is the kind of horse you can train to saddle in less than a month and put an experienced student on for eperienced lessons. Comes when called in for feeding time.
He is not a BLM registered mustang, so the terms are more linient. He is for adoption only to a wondeful, caring, and trust worthy home that is looking for a long term friend. I am asking $400 for him and as his training progresses I will increase. Do not pass this horse up, he is old enough to be introduced to saddles for short sessions.
