Ari is a medium-sized (15.3), compact, muscular, imported Hannoverian with a bautiful, refined head and strong topline. He is an elegant horse (both looks and movement) with 3 correct, comfortable, rideable gaits. He is a light horse with a responsive yet tolerant mouth. He is confirmed 1st level and schools second level movements. Ari is an alert, inquisitive, intelligent and affectionate horse with an expressive eye. He requires a rider who can instill confidence and communicate assertively yet sensitively. He can be a little lazy but, overall, is easy to ride and goes on the bit readily. He does best when worked regularly (3x per week at a minimum) as he is cold-backed. Ring sound, but injections are recommended for strenuous training or competition. He does not jump but will trail ride with some tension- he likes to ride out in open fields. I have owned Ari for 10 years and he is quite a pet.
