Lucky has been a schooling horse at our barn for the past two years. He is a very quiet safe mount for children. He is the favorite of all the beginer riders. He is very easy to ride. He will move off into a walk, trot, or canter when you squeeze your legs, you do not have to beat his sides constantly like most school horses. He kneck reins very well and stops easily. He goes western in a tom-thumb curb or grazing bit and he goes english in a snaffle. He has been shown in English and Western pleasure, horsemanship, equitation, trail, halter, showmanship, lead-line, hunter hack, team penning and costume classes. He has been to many shows over the past year, he is very quiet in a new enviernment. He has never spooked or acted hot. He has been shown and ridden by children and taken many beginers to their first show. He trailers very well and stands tied to the trailer. We are not sure of his age, but several vets have looked at him and they all think he is somewhere between 15 and 18. He would make a great kid-safe family horse, or trial horse. His price is somewhat negotiable, a good home is a must. We have several other horses and ponies for sale.
