La Mirage was bred in 1997 out of Egyptian and Russian bloodlines and stands approximately 154 cm. La Mirage is a powerful stallion combining the athletic abilities of his Tersk bred ancestors and the incredible classic type of his Egyptian Saklawi I sire line. La Mirage is not only a spectacular mover with good conformation and pretty face with big beautiful eyes but his friendly character, strong nerves and great disposition makes him a perfect companion and performance athlete as well. La Mirage obtained a silver medal on the German stallion licensing and has received top honours on international shows.
La Mirage’s sire, the reserve World Champion Salaa el Dine needs no introduction. Hanan’s finest son, sired by the legendary Ansata Halim Shah has winning offspring on all continents such as the Helwa (Egyptian National champion), Farida (Qatari National champion), Crusader (British national champion), Shahir in the USA, Adnan in Morocco and many others.
La Mirage’s dam Bint Mangani is a multi-international champion sired by the exceptional Ansata El Salaam (sire of well-known champions such as the black Madallan-Madheen). Bint Mangani is tracing through her granddam, the Aswan daughter Metelica, to the famous Tersk foundation mare Mammona (from the Polish Sahara dam line).
