IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CADILLAC, HERE SHE IS!!. "Special" is a georgeous, georgeous Blue Papered Missouri Fox Trotter Mare (never been bred). She is foundation bred going back to Missouri's Traveler, Blue Mack and War Cheif S. She walks slowly with the slow horses or can move out and keep up with the fastest walking horses. She has a wonderful smooth fast jigg walk. She is comfortable as a leader or will go quietly anywhere in a group or riding alone. She will go over, under or through just about anything. She plows thru water, is fine around cars, dogs, motorcycles, bicycles, kids, or even kites over her head. Has been ridden by 11 & 13yr old girls in the pasture and on the trails and has performed perfect. She is completly leg trained and will go any direction. She is a very easy keeper and carries her weight perfect. She does not bolt, bite, kick or buck. She has long flowing mane and tail and a large athletic build. She is smooth and collected and fun to ride, she gets all the looks everwhere we go. She is pro trained for roping and very cowy. Anyone can ride her and she does not even need a bit, halter or bosal works great. She sits quiet for mounting and can stand for long periods of time weather your on her back or she is high-lined for the night. I ride her mostly bareback or with a pad. She can pony or be led by other horses with no problems. She loves to ride and can go for ever. She has been to the ocean and did wonderful even riding down town the busy city streets. She has done various charrity rides. She gets along well with other horses perfectly and does not kick, or bite. She has tough strong feet and is a breeze to shoe. I have never clipped her but she hauls, loads & baths. She still needs some touch ups on ground manners which she is kind of a pain to catch sometimes and is not completely spook proof yet, but with a little time and attention she will be perfect. She may only need to be sacked out and she will be finished. I am only selling because I have not bonded with her at all and want to find something else I can consider my long time pal. Will consider trading for another MFT gelding between 7-12yrs that is trail tranined and spook proof. I would keep special but I don't have time to work with her nor the patience for training. Special would not only make someone a wonderful trail horse and companion, she would also be a great lesson horse for the right trainer and would also make a excellent breeding horse to someone's breeding program. WILL ONLY TRADE FOR ANOTHER REGISTERED MFT, NO OTHER BREEDS WILL BE CONSIDERED, thanks. GELDINGS ONLY Nothing over 15.H must have a athletic build, sound, get along well with other geldings, no kick, buck or bit and current shoes, vet etc.... Color does not matter. and must be a local wa resident. Will consider Oregon but that's as far as I will go for a trade.
