Desi is a 1987 bay AQHA mare that has put numerous halter futurity babies on the ground for us. Most all of her babies have matured at 15.3 hand or better. She is sired by World Champion, World Champion producer Skip By Impress and is out of a mare who's sire is the magic cross of JB King and Patsy Star, who was a full sister to Pat Star Jr. Several of Desi's daughters are also producing halter futurity winners and have AQHA points in halter. Like all our horses, Desi is HYPP N/N. This is a very sweet mare that even the greenest of people can handle. She is easy to get into foal and has always foaled easily. She was broke out at one time as a 3 year old, but has not been ridden in years. We are not selling her as a riding horse.
